- 15 October 2014: A party or parties who may possibly bid on the RFSE production effort inadvertently received information that there was $109,000,000.00 available for the RFSE production effort. Parties interested in the RFSE production effort are hereby informed that this information is incorrect. No party bidding on the RFSE production effort should rely on this number. 28 August 2014: A draft contract has been added to the documents for review on 21 August 2014's RFI. Any comments regarding the draft would be greatly appreciated. All other terms and conditions of the 21 August 2014 RFI remain unchanged including the following disclosure: This Request for Information (RFI) does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or any obligation on behalf of the Government. The responses to this RFI are not an offer and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No contract award will be made on the basis of this RFI. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this RFI, nor will the Government compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing the information. Vendor participation is not a promise of future business with the Government. Any information provided in response to this RFI will be used for informational purposes only and will not be returned. All proprietary information should be clearly marked as such. All information submitted by respondents to this RFI, including appropriately marked proprietary information, will be safeguarded and protected from unauthorized disclosure. 26 August 2014: A letter explaining the data rights the US Government has in the RFSE data package is attached. 25 August 2014: An industry day will be held on 4 September 2014. Please review the attached notice and registration form for more information. Please note that while this Presolicitation Notice states the response is 4 September 2014, that date is for responses to the RFI. Registration is due by 31 August 2014. 21 August 2014 Updated sections L and M, updated SOO, and labor matrix/labor categories have been provided. The Air Force invites your feedback on these documents. Please see attached RFI for instructions. 5 August 2014 Additional Questions and answers have been added to the attachments. The Request For Proposal release is still tentatively planned for fall, 2014. 28 May 2014 (2). An attachment called "Additional Information" has been added to this notice that provides further information on this acquisition. 4 April 2014. The acceptance test plan has been included in TopVue for review. On 22 January 2014, this notice was amended to update the RFI instructions for access to the bidder's library. The updated RFI instructions inadvertently included language regarding the one-on-one industry day which were confusing when read with the instructions contained in the one-on-one industry day announced in notice FA8214-14-R-9000 Special Notice. Additional other editorial changes were also omitted and an incorrect e-mail address was provided. This modification is to correct these issues. Please reference the new RFI instructions. The corresponding one-on-one industry day special announcement will be updated due to the issues in the 22 January 2014 modification of this RFI. To register for the RFSE Industry Day please refer to the special announcement, one-on-one industry day, numbered FA8214-14-R-9000. Directions in the RFI instructions on obtaining access to the bidder's library have changed. In the original instructions, those wanting to view the bidder's library were directed to log onto https://icbm.topvue.com/topvue-icbm/ and request an account linked to the RFSE folder. Please do not request access this way. These requests cannot be answered. Instead, complete the attached account request form (see attachments) and submit it to Peggy Japngie Lizotte at peggy.japngie_lizotte.1@us.af.mil. Subsequently, you will receive an email with a user id, password, and instructions on how to configure the account. Please note that other than the update in the RFI instructions and the addition of the account access form all other documents released when this notice was originally released are still included in this notice.
