Description
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking expressions of interest for 5,100 ABOA of office space and 12 designated, on-site, parking spaces in Utica, NY. The proposed space must be contiguous and preferably located on the second floor or higher. First floor space will only be considered when no other space is available or deemed appropriate. The Government is seeking a fully serviced lease with 24/7 access. The proposed lease term is for a 10 year, 5 year firm term. All responses will be considered by the Government. However a determination by the Government not to compete this action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely at the discretion of the Government. Additional Requirements: * Offered space must be in a building that has earned the Energy Star label in the most recent year or will have obtained it prior to lease award, unless the offered space meets a statutory exception. * Offerd space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Expressions of interest must be submitted to the above address by 4:30 PM (EST) on October 22, 2014 and must include the following information: *Building name, address and the location of the available space within the building. *Rentable and ANSI/BOMA Office area (ABOA) square feet available, percentage of common area factor, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. *Amount of parking available on-siite and it's cost. Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of Government parking. *Date of space availability. *Building ownership information. *Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the building. *List of building services provided. *Name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address of authorized contact.
