Description

1. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Puget Sound Healthcare System intends to solicit quotations for Ceiling Lift Maintenance. A Statement of Work (SOW) will be included in the solicitation. The Request for Quotations number is VA260-15-Q-0034 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. The applicable NAICS code is 811219 - Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance and the small business size standard is $20.5 Million. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses. 3. The intended contract period is a base year plus three (3) one-year option years. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 10/20/2014, and the anticipated closing date is 10/28/2014. Interested contractors are advised to consult the actual solicitation for final dates and times. 5. Quotations from all capable and responsible sources will be considered. Firms offering a response to this notice should ensure that their registration in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database http://www.sam.gov/ is current and should ensure that the applicable NAICS code (811219) is included in the SAM profile prior to submission of quotations.
