- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a one hundred percent small business set-aside single award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity type contract with Fixed Price - Economic Price Adjustment provisions for the delivery of an estimated 115,000 gallons of propane to approximately 45 leased and government-owned tanks (sizes ranging from 8 gallons to 1000 gallons) at the following locations within the Naval Facilities and Engineering Command (NAVFAC) Washington, D.C. region. Deliveries under each task order will be made bi-weekly and upon urgent requiest. Estimated period of performance is 10 November 2014 through 9 November 2015: Pax River, Webster Field, Solomon ™s Annex Public Works, Bldg 504 22445 Peary Rd Patuxent River, MD 20670 Indian Head David JenkinsPublic Works, Bldg. 873 4638 Hersey Road Indian Head, MD 20640 Dahlgren Public Works, Bldg. 182 18330 Thompson Road Dahlgren, VA 22448 Annapolis Public Works, Bldg. 181 181 Wainwright Road Annapolis, MD 21402-5013 The services will be acquired in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 “ Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 13.5 “Test Program for Certain Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 16.5 “ Indefinite Delivery Contracts, and FAR Subpart 19.5, Set-Asides for Small Business. This requirement is a follow-on effort to contract N00189-14-P-0935, issued to Worldwide Aircraft Leasing Corporation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing, and the Size Standard is 1000 Employees. A complete Request for Quote package will be available for downloading at the websites: http://www.neco.navy.mil or http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 17 October 2014. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above sites; this office will no longer issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Systems for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
