Description

NSN 1560-00-404-8163, PANEL, FIREWALL, PR: 54701015, P/N: 14-12331-9; this is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI. This is an FMS requirement for Taiwan,a critical application item; however, is not a commercial item. Approved source: NORTHROP GRUMMAN TECHMICAL CAGE (0JRC1), other than full & open competition. DLA does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this National Stock Number to evaluate alternate offers. This is a proprietary item to Northrop Grumman coded 3D. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. DELIVERY of Procured Items: 350 Days After Receipt of Order. QUANTITY: 9 each. INSPECTION/ACCEPT: Origin.FOB Origin. The Government intends to place firm-fixed price, no options order against BOA SPM4A111G0008. The letter solicitation will be issued on 04 Nov 14, and will close on 19 Nov 14. The solicitation will not be available via the DLA-BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website.
