- U.S. GOVERNMENT The United States Government occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Lebanon, NH. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease approximately the following space: State: New Hampshire City: Lebanon Delineated Area: Central Business District of Lebanon, NH Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 833 ABOA Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 874 ABOA Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: none Additional Requirements: none Offered space must meet all Government requirements contained in the RLP/Lease to be issued, including requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Must be a direct lease, or if not a direct lease, then a letter from ownership willing to enter into a direct lease with the Government within the parameters of this lease procurement. Space shall be located within a prime commercial district within Lebanon, NH with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Lebanon, NH that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
