- This is a request for information only. It is neither a solicitation announcement nor a request for proposals or quotes or commits the Government to award a contract. The Government is requesting industry feedback/comments regarding the attached DRAFT PWS for Command Post Services to be performed outside of the Continental United States (OCONUS). NOTE: ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHALL possess and have the proper TOP-SECRET-SCI clearances in order to participate and be considered for competition upon issuance of a solicitation. The Government is requesting any interested vendors to add comments/suggestions within the DRAFT PWS regarding the clarity or functionality of stated services. Comments can be made by using the quote mark Comment quote mark function in the quote mark Review quote mark tab section of MS Word or any other method that distinguishes your company's suggestions. The purpose of this inquiry is conduct market research to determine market availability of contractors available to provide a civilian solution to perform Command Post Services outside of the Continental United States. The primary place of performance is Kuwait City, Kuwait with additional international travel required based on the need. Additionally, the Government is requesting your firm's capability regarding this requirement. At contractor expense, your firm may submit its capability statement for services outlined in the DRAFT PWS. The capability statement can be limited to five (5) pages in length, submitted in either MS Word or PDF format and should outline your firms experience associated with this type of requirement. A cover page is requested and does not count towards the five (5) page maximum. The cover page should contain the following information: 1. Company Name 2. Address 3. Phone, Fax, and Email address 4. CAGE Code and DUNS Number 5 Company size category and socioeconomic status The response and submittal of information is at contractor expense and will not be reimbursed by the Government.
