- Request for Proposal (RFP) for Performance Based - Commercial Items Procurement for Combined Janitorial and Mechanical Maintenance Services at the Land Ports of Entry (LPOE) is Jackman and Coburn Gore, Maine. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The NAICS code for this project is 561210, "Facilities Support Services", and the size standard is $38.5 million. Qualified firms must be able to perform both janitorial and mechanical maintenance over a sustained period of 5 years or more. This is a follow-on requirement for the subject buildings. The requirement is to provide building operations and maintenance and janitorial services at the LPOEs in Jackman and Coburn Gore, ME. This will be a performance based service contract utilizing commercial item procedures to provide mechanical maintenance services, janitorial services; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance services, grounds keeping, pest control, solid waste removal, recycling, snow removal and minor repairs.
