- 3RI0059A - repost of 3RI0059 The US Government currently occupies 12,800 ABOA Square Feet of office and related space in a building under lease in Providence, RI. The Government will consider alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as the costs likely to be incurred through relocation, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency down-time. General Services Administration (GSA) seeks Expressions of Interest for the following leased space: State: Rhode Island City: Providence Delineated Area: West - I- 95 South - I-195 East - Rt 1A (south Main Street continuing along north main street) North - Smith Road Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,800 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,100 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 19-31 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 19-31 preferred Parking Spaces (Reserved): 19-31 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: N/A Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully-serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. Scaled floor plan with offered area identified. Rentable square feet (RSF) available and quote expected rental rate per RSF fully-serviced. Indicate whether that quote includes an amount for Tenant Improvements and state the amount. Building ownership information. Parking available on-site and whether it is included in the RSF rate - include Parking to SF ratio if applicable. Preference will be given to buildings that are currently Energy Star certified. The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
