- Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Ft Belvoir, VA is procuring the services under Solicitation Number W91QV1-15-B-0003 for Refuse and Recycling Services at Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, VA, Fort McNair, Washington, DC and Arlington National Cemetery, VA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Refuse and Recycling Service as defined in this Performance Work Statement and in the schedule awarded as outlined in individual Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) items. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for HubZone Small Business Invitation For Bid (IFB). The NAICS Code is 562111, the Federal Service Code is S205, and the small business size standard is $38.5 million. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 14. The IFB will only be available by downloading if from the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fedbizopps.gov), or the Army Single Face to Industry web page ((http://acquisition.army.mil) and will be posted on or about November 3, 2014. The anticipated contract award date is January 2, 2015 with a base performance period of February 1, 2015 through January 31, 2016 and four (4) option periods. There is no guarantee that the option periods will be exercised. The Government will award to a single contractor using a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract to the responsible bidder whose bid, conforms to the IFB and will be most advantageous to the Government, considering only price.
