Description

Solicitation The Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Newport, RI (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to place on a Sole Source basis, a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract to SYSTEMS ENGINEERING ASSOCIATED CORPORATION (SEA CORP), CAGE Code 1JOB5, Middletown, RI 02840, for the continued development, upgrade, and application of the Extensible Markup Language (XML) Test Data Analysis Tool (XTDAS) on all United States Navy's Submarines currently deployed. This includes the SSN-688 Class, SSN-21 Class, SSN 774 Class, SSBN/SSGN 726 class, the Ohio Replacement class, and Foreign military submarines. SEA CORP owns, and has full rights and title to the data that was developed under SBIR contract N66604-10-D-0205 awarded on 02 Dec 2009. This acquisition is a follow-on to N66604-10-D-0205 with SEA CORP and it is anticipated that 189,600 man-hours will be required over the five-year period of performance. The NAICS Code is 541712 and the size standard is 500 employees. The notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed acquisition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
