- NSN 5975-00-156-3253, Strap, Tiedown, Electric. Item is solicited as Unrestricted after exclusion of sources This is a QPL item I/A/W Basic NON GVT STD SAE AS2319, REVISION NR A2 DTD 10/07/2006, PART PIECE NUMBER: TYPE 1 CLASS 1.. Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. FOB Origin. Required delivery is 90 days ARO. This item is a Critical Application Item. Configuration control applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a 1-year base plus 4 option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) quantity of 24936 HD for the base and each option year. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 6234 HD for the base year only. The maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 24936 HD for the base and each option year. The minimum and maximum ordering quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is October 31, 2014. The date is subject to change.
