- Campus Parking Directions to DAU Registration Spreadsheet SAVE THE DATE - Registration information will be posted soon. AFMC and AFLCMC Small Business will be hosting a Facilities Services Requirements Event. The requirements to be discussed are only for the Wright Patterson AFB location. The date of the event is November 13, 2014 at the Defense Acquisition University, Kettering Campus. The time of the event is to be announced. REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN: HQ AFMC and AFLCMC Small Business will be hosting a WPAFB Facilities Services Requirements Outreach Event. Small businesses are invited to register for the 13 Nov 2014, no cost event from. We want to ensure equal access to this event. Seating is limited to 70, so companies may only register a maximum of (2) participants. Submit your company's registration sheet to AFMC.SB.WORKFLOW@WPAFB.AF.MIL. If you have any difficulties please contact Kara Fletcher at 937-257-3211. ***MOST IMPORTANT***REGISTRATION CLOSES on 12 Nov 2014 9:00 a.m. eastern. We apologize that the 11 Nov 14 holiday has shortened the registration timeline. ALL PARTICIPANTS: Complete all blocks. The first and last name blocks must be completed as they appear on the participant's driver's license in case of an emergency at the Defense Acquisition University Facility. Only list the name of the participant once. In the last column, identify your company's primary NAICS code(s). If you perform work under multiple NAICS codes, you may list up to (3), but place each on a separate line. UPDATE TIME AND LOCATION DETAILS: The 13 Nov 2012, HQ AFMC and AFLCMC Small Business outreach event for Wright-Patterson AFB will be held at the Defense Acquisition University, 3100 Research Blvd. See attachment 2 for directions. We will be in Pod 3, classrooms 221 & 223. See attachment 3 for student parking. DO NOT park in the visitor parking. Participant sign-in and industry networking is from 8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. Watch for the agenda to be added to this notice. A list of NAICS codes for the requirements to be discussed will be posted next week.
