Description

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION: In accordance with the Veterans First Contracting Program and the Authority under 38 USC 8127-8128 (Sections 502 and 503 of Public Law (P.L.) 109-461), FAR Part 6.302-5(b) (6), and VAAR 819.7007, the Government intends to negotiate a sole source contract to a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for Project 675-15-805 Repair Exit Doors at VISN Learning Exchange" located at Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Lakemont Facility 2500 Lakemont Ave Orlando, Florida 32814. This project will install doors to the exterior of a conference room. The project range is Between $25,000 and $100,000. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is. Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the Small Business Size Standard is $36.5 Million. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals. This acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Only. The government intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Blue Cord Design &Construction, an SDVOSB concern. This SDVOSB Company is listed in the VetBiz registry and is CVE Verified under D&B Number 833109593.
