Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items. Description: Repeater Pump This is a pre-solicitation notice for a commercial item acquisition and will be conducted in accordance FAR 12 and 13 in accordance with IL 90-99-4 (http://www1.va.gov/oamm/oa/ars/policyreg/ils/il99_4.cfm). This procurement will be set aside 100% Small Business. The purpose of the Solicitation to procure medical equipment. At the Miami VAHS'S intention to solicit proposals in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8153 and VHA Directive 1663. New Only; No remanufactured or "gray market items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The electronic solicitation will be announced on or about October 22th, 2014. The offeror will be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents, amendments and other documents from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notices from the Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Activity 8 - Miami. This solicitation requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov; prior to award, pursuant to applicable regulations and guidelines.
