- This is a Sources Sought. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Hubzone Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses and Women Owned Small Businesses. The USPFO for Oregon anticipates the solicitation and award of multiple IDIQ contracts to accomplish as task orders a broad range of maintenance, repair and construction services over a base period of two years with three (3) one year options for the 142nd FW, Portland Air National Guard Base, Portland Oregon and 166th ACS at Camp Rilea, Warrenton, Oregon. The magnitude of these projects will normally be between $2,000.00 and $3,000,000.00. Individual contract ceiling will not exceed $20,000,000.00. All interested Small Business concerns shall provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than November 21, 2014. Interested parties shall download the Sources Sought Information request form and email it to peter.a.newell6.civ@mail.mil. No facsimile responses will be honored. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, INVITATION FOR BID, OR REQEST FOR QUOTES. NO SOLICITATION, PLANS OR SPECIFICATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR THIS PROJECT AT THIS TIME.
