Description

The VA Northern Indiana Health Care System intends on negotiating SOLE SOURCE with Armcorp Construction, Inc for the INSTALL GRAVEL PARKING, LOT B. This requirement is for contractor to provide labor, material, equipment, and supervision to construct a gravel parking lot. Work includes, but is not limited to general construction, removal and disposal of existing trees and soil, grading, installation of barracades, erosion control in accordance with drawings and specifications. SET-ASIDE INFORMATION: This solicitation will be issued pursuant to the authority of FAR 16.14, Public Law 109-461 and the Veterans Benefits Healthcare and Information Technology Act of 2006 and is a 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The SDVOSB must be small under the relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and MUST be registered and verified in the following websites: http://www.vip.vetbiz.gov, http://sam.gov, and http://orca.bpn.gov to be eligible for award. Offeror MUST ensure registration in these websites are accurate and have not expired. Project magnitude is under $100,000. The NAICS code is 236220. The solicitation documents will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov on or about October 29, 2014. Dissemination of the specifications is limited to electronic medium. Drawings will be available electronically with the solicitation documents. Offeror should re-visit the Website periodically to look for updates. All requests for information are required to be in writing to the Contracting Officer; no telephone inquiries will be accepted. Award is subject to the availability of funds. Solicitation to release on or about 10/29/2014.
