Description

SPRWA1-15-R-00027 5-Year IDIQ FFP Contract with a basic year and four out-year Ordering Periods in which additional quantities may be ordered. ITEM 0001: Counterfeit Prevention Plan in support of CLIN 0002. In accordance with DD Form 1423-1 ITEM 0002: NSN: 1095-01-523-5773GG; P/N: MT57E1212-1; NOUN: Bus Buffer Assembly (BBA); ACCLICABLE F-15 Aircraft; MATERIAL: Solid State Components and Steel Case; DIMENSIONS: 4" X 3" X 2"; WEIGHT: 1 LB The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intents to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Qualified Source: 82340 EDO Corporation. Interested persons may identify their interest and capabiity to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five (45) (thirty days if award is sussed under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion ofthe Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
