Ft. (ABOA): 12,632 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 13,264 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 0 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: * Preference for the leased space to be contiguous on one floor; however, up to 60% of entire space could be located in a non-contiguous block of space on the same floor or on a contiguous adjacent floor. * Two elevators required if space is above ground level; one elevator can be a freight elevator. * Separate visitor and employee restrooms required. * Offered space must be within 2 blocks of public transportation if available in the area. * Employee and Visitor parking spaces should be onsite if dictated by the local code or within 2 blocks of the leased space. * Below grade space is unacceptable. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire and life safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully-serviced lease is required.
