Description

The Department Of Veterans Affairs, Network 15 Contracting Office intends to release a commercial solicitation for Theophylline 100MG, 200MG, and 300MG, 500 or 1000 per bottle. Staggered deliveries will be required to CMOP facility in Charleston, SC. The Product Code is 6505; the NAICS code for this solicitation is 325412 with a size standard of 750 employees. All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Submit the RFQ to Cedric.Graham@va.gov. The phone number is (913) 758-4758. Solicitation package VA255-15-Q-0064 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or around October 22, 2014 and will close no later than 12PM CST on October 24, 2014. No solicitation packages will be mailed.
