Description
SOLICITATION: SPE4A6-15-R-0045; NSN 6680-01-298-0498; PR: 1000029235; ITEM: Indicator, Liquid Quantity; IAW drawing 19207 12338474 Revision E dated 03/29/2012 part piece number 12338474. FOB is at Origin, Inspection and Acceptance will take place at Destination. Required delivery is 62 days ADO. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) Program. Additional information about FDT can be found on the FDT website (http://www.dla.mil/FDTPI/). This NSN is not commercial. Export Control applies. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited on a small business set-aside utilizing Full and Open Competitive. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Quantity (EAQ), which is 3,816 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity for this solicitation is 954 each for the base year only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is November 06, 2014. This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: http://www.dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
