Description
The Air Force Test Center, Operational Contracting Division, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for ALR - 69 Radar Warning Receiver to Mercer Engineering Research Center, Cage 0AC45, DUNS 603646233, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A). Requirement: CLIN0001: 1 Each, ALR 69 Radar Warning Receiver DESCRIPTION: The ALR-69 Radar Warning Receiver Integrated Support Station (ISS) will be purchased to support ALQ-213 OFP and MDF testing in Integrated FMS F-16 EW Suite configurations. In particular, the ALR-69 RWR ISS will be required to/capable of integration with the ALQ-213 Portable Test Bench (PTB). The ALR-69 RWR ISS will be able to receive externally generated RF via a threat generator and Jammer radiation, combine them, and feed them to the appropriate ALR-69 receivers. The system will be cabled in a way that functions as if installed on an aircraft. All 28 VDC and 400 Hz power will be generated in the ISS. Anticipated award date is 10 Nov 2014. The delivery date will be 60 days ARO. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 334511 with a Small Business standard of 750 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. All responses received within 15 days of this notice will be considered.
