- Specifications Statement of Work (SOW) SF18 Request for Quote The General Services Administration (GSA), Northwest/Arctic Region 10, intends to award a firm fixed price contract for electrical work at the Social Security Administration (SSA) in Silverdale, WA. GSA requests that your firm provide a quote package in accordance with this solicitation and all attachments. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) and Specifications. In accordance with FAR 5.102, interested parties may access the solicitation at http://fedbizopps.gov. This site provides instructions for downloading the solicitation file.
