- 13GWM55_0009_syn Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into a firm fixed price (FFP) job order with Airborne Systems Limited, Llangeinor, Bridgend, CF32 8PL, UK. The job order will be for FFP engineering support and asset testing for systems integration, installation and testing of the MK 59 MOD 0 Decoy Launching System under N00164-13-G-WM55. This requirement will be negotiated on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The basis for restricting competition is Airborne Systems being the sole producer of the system and they own the specifications for the system. Since this is a sole source procurement, a solicitation will not be posted to FBO. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. It is the responsibility of the offeror to submit offers to the Point of Contact (POC) at NSWC Crane.
