Description

NOTICE OF CONSOLIDATED SOLICITATION The Pre-Solicitation Notice for this requirement, Phillips County, AR CBOC is canceled. A decision has been made to consolidate this solicitation with a solicitation for the Jonesboro, AR CBOC. The consolidated solicitation for these two CBOC facilities will be posted to FBO under solicitation number VA249-15-R-0036. Please refer to the new solicitation Notice and ultimately the consolidated solicitation to be posted in the immediate future. The Government prefers to make a single award made from the consolidated solicitation for both CBOC facilities, however the Government reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is in the Government's best interest (i.e. to ensure small business participation is not unduly restricted), and the Government reserves the right to make no award from the solicitation.
