- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE to solicit a service contract to provide Septic tank pumping and sewage disposal services at various parks and locations at Belton Lake, Stillhouse Hollow Lake (Bell County), Lake Georgetown (Williamson County), Granger Lake (Williamson County), Canyon Lake (Comal County) and Somerville Lake (Burleson & Washington Counties). Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, parts, transportation, permits and equipment necessary for the above task. Pumping services shall consist of two types of service: Removal and disposal of sewage and sludge material build up, Removal and disposal of sewage, sludge build up, and all further contents of tanks, to include but not be limited to cans, bottles, diapers, cloth items, rocks, and any other foreign matter. Magnitude of Value Range: Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform septic tank pumping and sewage disposal services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract. This is NOT a request for proposals or quotations. The NAICS Code is 562991. FSC Code is Z1ND. Once the solicitation is released, to be eligible to receive a Government contract award, a firm must be registered in the Official U.S. Government system, System for Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov. Period of Performance: Base year period of performance shall be from the date of award of the contract through one year.
