- This Amendment extends the offer due date until 2pm EST, 31 Oct 14. This notice provides the official solicitation, Performance Work Statement (PWS), pricing worksheet, past performance questionnaire and financial reference sheet. The contract will be a mix of fixed-price annual line items for base services (mowing, trimming, edging, etc.) and estimated quantity line items for as needed services (spot pruning, emergency tree & stump removal, etc.). Maps referenced in the PWS will be provided at the pre-proposal conference or upon request from interested parties. This solicitation is a competitive HUBZone small business set-aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730 with a small business size standard of $7,000,000.00. The successful contractor will be selected using Tradeoff procedures, representing the best value to the Government. Paper copies will not be provided. It is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates or amendments to any and all documents.
