- Other Direct Cost Draft Performance Work Statement SOURCES SOUGHT. The purpose of this request for information (RFI) is for market research purposes only and should not be construed as a solicitation. Additionally, this RFI does not obligate the government to issue a solicitation or request for proposal (RFP). The General Services Administration (GSA) does not intent to make any awards based on responses to this RFI or to otherwise pay for the preparation of any information submitted or for the government’s use of such information. This RFI will be open for seven (7) calendar days, ending on 29 October 2014 @ 1400 CST. 1. Please review the attached “DRAFT” Performance Work Statement (PWS). Any party expressing interest in providing services covered under the DRAFT PWS is requested to submit a capability statement that is no more than one (1) page in length. Additionally, it is encouraged that respondents submit questions and comments regarding the DRAFT PWS that is no more than one (1) page in length. Please submit capability statements to Michael Giordano at michael.giordano@gsa.gov and Jason Boudreaux at jason.boudreaux@gsa.gov 2. Industry responses to this RFI may determine the Government's acquisition strategy. DO NOT SEND YOUR COMPANY BROCHURE OR A GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WHAT SERVICES YOUR COMPANY OFFERS. 3. This services contemplated under this RFI is being processed using NAICS 541990 “All other professional, scientific, and technical services”. Feedback on the NAICS code contemplated is highly encouraged. 4. GSA will use the information submitted in response to this RFI at its discretion and is under no obligation to provide comments or feedback to any responder’s submission. Furthermore, respondents are advised that the government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of information received. 5. No proprietary, classified, confidential, or sensitive information shall be included in your response.
