Description

The Great Lakes Acquisition Center intends to negotiate a contract for bulk water softener salt delivery for the VAMC Madison, WI. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13. Contract is a firm fixed price, base plus four option year contract as follows: Base year: 10-1-2014 through 9-30-2015 Option Year 1: 10-1-2015 through 9-30-2016 Option Year 2: 10-1-2016 through 9-30-2017 Option Year 3: 10-1-2017 through 9-30-2018 Option year 4: 10-1-2018 through 9-30-2019 NAIC code 424690 RFQ document VA69D-14-Q-0101 with requirements will be posted to FBO. Offerers are to read and complete the attached RFQ and submit an itemized quote, as well as sufficient supporting documentation (technical specifications of the product). Quotes received without technical specifications will not be considered. Quotes are due no later than COB 10-10-2014 (5pm CST). Telephone quotes are not accepted.
