General THIS IS A SUBCONTRACTING OPPORTUNITY Agency/Office: Cleveland Job Corps Center Location: 13421 Coit Road Cleveland, Ohio 44110 Bids due by November 7, 2014 B. Period of Performance C. Scope of Work Title: Ventilation System Background: Existing building with five different work areas is used for instruction on various construction trades is in need of a ventilation system added to each work area. Statement of Work: Contractor will purchase and install five 3000CFM direct drive wall mounted exhaust ventilators with back draft damper. One in each of the shop areas located in Building B Vocations. Each will be exhausted through the wall to the outside of the building. Each ventilator will be wired using three (hot, neutral, and ground) #12 gauge wire in ½ inch rigid conduit to a 20 amp, single pole breaker in the nearest electrical panel with existing breaker space. Each ventilator will have its own manual on/off switch. D. Requirements Applicable documents: Applicable license Certificate of Liability Insurance with Serrato Corporation listed as a certificate holder W-9 and DUNS # SF 1413 SF 542 if over $30,000 E. Evaluation Criteria To be considered for award, a bid must comply in all material respects with the invitation for bid. Award will be made to that responsible bidder whose bid, conforming to the inviation, is most advantageous to Serrato, considering only price and the price-related factors included in the invitation. Pricing should be provided in accordance with Section E- Pricing Schedule G.
