Description

Combined Synopsis/Solicitation: Dental Equipment GENERAL: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued. Quotes are being requested under Request for Quote (RFQ) number VA249-14-Q-0055 and no other written solicitation will be issued. This procurement is being competed on an unrestricted basis. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. Registration information can be found at www.sam.gov. Offerors must state their business size and if the item is open market or on FSS/GSA schedule when submitting offers. Delivery is required within 45 days after receipt of order (ARO). No partial quotes will be considered. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price purchase order. All items must be new; no remanufactured items will be accepted. Offers will only be accepted electronically via e-mail to the contract specialist listed below. Enter RFQ number VA249-14-Q-0055 and Dental Equipment in the subject line. Any questions should be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist by 2:00 pm CDT on Thursday October 30, 2014.
