- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a requirement for snow and ice removal services in Attleboro, MA. The contractor shall provide personnel, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation, and other items and non-personal services necessary to ensure that snow/ice removal services are performed at the First Sergeant Lawrence O. Poncin United States Army Reserve Command, 50 John Williams Street, Attleboro, MA, 02703-3707. The basic services include removal of snow and ice from all paved areas, sidewalks, landings and entrance ramps. The contractor is to ensure walkways are free of snow accumulation, piles, or drifts by removing all snow and ice from sidewalks, landings, entrance ramps and all remaining paved surfaces as specified in the Performance Work Statement. The anticipated contract type for this action is a Firm-Fixed-Price requirements contract with a period of performance of a base year with four one year options.
