Description
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to increase the ceiling under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-12-G-4329 with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems & Training (LM), 2323 Eastern Blvd.; Baltimore, MD 21220 for Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Post-Interim Support Plan (ISP) effort on LCS 1 variant ships. An increase in ceiling and extension of the performance period is required to continue supporting these requirements in accordance with LCS operational schedules. Fixed-Price and/or Cost Reimbursement type delivery orders to be issued under BOA N00024-12-G-4329 will provide for production and associated support for the above-described requirements of USS FREEDOM (LCS 1) AND USS FORT WORTH (LCS 3), specifically in support of LCS 3 through her maiden deployment, commencing in November 2014, and LCS 1 through her first Selected Restricted Availability with drydocking (SRA(d)), commencing in March 2015. NAVSEA intends to issue orders under this "class synopsis" on multiple occasions through 31 March 2016. Orders will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1), only one or a limited number of sources and no other types of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
