- list of equipment to be supported/serviced NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT FROM A SINGLE SOURCE Maintenance service for six (6) Fujitsu F9600 PBXs and an AVT Voicemail system THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS OR PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to AMERICAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION, 14151 PARK MEADOW DRIVE SUITE 500, Chantilly, VA 20151-2272 for Maintenance service for six (6) Fujitsu F9600 PBXs and an AVT Voicemail system under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b). The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A previous sources sought notice was posted under the solicitation number SBAHQ-15-Q-9600. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit offers. This notice of intent is not a request for offers or competitive proposals. However, any offers received by 31 October 2014, 10:00 A.M. MST will be considered by the Government. If SBA does not receive an acceptable response to this announcement negotiations will be conducted with AMERICAN SYSTEMS CORPORATION as the only source, and a purchase order will be issued without any additional notices being posted. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or changes by the Government will arise as a result of contractor submissions of responses to this announcement or the Government use of such information. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response.
