- DESCRIPTION: NSN 3040-01-159-4597 - "Support, Bell Crank" being bought in accordance with Sikorsky Aircraft (Cage 78286), P/N 70400-02128-145. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item (CSI). The required quantity is 2,320 each, of which 20 is to be shipped to Jacksonville, FL (SW3122), 1,000 to Susquehanna, PA (W25G1U0, and 1,300 to San Diego, CA (SW3218). FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin is required. Based on Market Research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capabilities to satisfy the Governments requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This is an UNRESTRICTED solicitation and is not set-aside for small business. This solicitation will be available at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp on or about 11/13/2014. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. The required delivery for quantity of 2,320 each is 360 days. One or more of the items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979. All offers shall be in the English language and in US dollars. Notice: This solicitation contains DLAD Provision 52.215-9023 for Reverse Auction (RA). The Government reserves the right to activate this provision after timely offers have been received and evaluated. All interested suppliers may submit an offer.
