The event will take place at the AF Space & Missile History Center, 191 Museum Circle, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS), FL beginning at 0800. Access to CCAFS is restricted. The History Center location is outside the main gate to CCAFS to allow access to all without additional clearance action. The tour will be conducted on a Government provided bus. All tour attendees must utilize the bus. No individual clearances to CCAFS will be processed for this event. Tour attendance is limited to two individuals per team. For the tour, interested parties must request access via email by contacting Nancy Hodges ( Nancy.Hodges@us.af.mil ) and Candon Haynicz ( Candon.Haynicz@us.af.mil ) with the company name, CAGE Code, names of attendees, and business size. Directions to the Industry Day location: From the south and east (Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach) - Travel north on A1A, exit right onto SR 401 ("A" Cruise Terminal exit) and drive over the Barge Canal drawbridge. You will begin to see signs to the Air Force Space Museum and History Center at this point. Continue past the North Cruise Terminals and the North Port (two traffic lights). Stay in the right lane and look for the traffic light ahead after passing the fuel storage tanks and Cape Pass & Identification building. Turn right at the traffic light with the red & white NAVAHO missile, then immediately turn left into the parking lot driveway. Blue and white signs will direct you to the History Center directly behind the SpaceX Launch Control Center. Introductory one-on-one sessions will be held 18 November 2014 in the vicinity of Patrick AFB, FL. Location will be announced on www.fbo.gov at a later date. One-on-one sessions may only be requested by small businesses. Requesting small businesses may be accompanied by other team members if desired. One-on-one sessions will be scheduled upon request for a maximum of 20 minutes per company and are for the purpose of introductions only. No RFP related questions will be answered. Small Businesses interested in a one-on-one session must request a meeting time by contacting the above listed POCs. Additional representatives may attend the Industry Day briefing and the one-on-one sessions. A revised question and answer form, Draft Section L/M, and TEP Worksheet are posted with this announcement. In order to improve products prior to final RFP release, the Government requests Industry input/questions regarding documents posted thus far.
