- Supplemental Health and Life for LES US Embassy Santiago This requirement is for Health and Life insurance for locally employed staff ( LES ) at the US Embassy in Santiago, Chile. The estimated number of employess is 145 aproximately 210 eligible dependents. Please note that these are only estimated quantities for the purpose of this advance notice. The anticipated performance period is for a base period of twelve months plus four one-year ( 12 month ) periods at the option of the Government.
