- Product Description Solicitation F3QCCM4283A003 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) No. F3QCCM4283A003. This solicitation will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition. This will be a firm-fixed price award. Solicitation/requirement is being issued sole source to: Lockheed Martin CAGE: 03640 The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541511 for the following item: Nomenclature Qty/Unit Cost Basic CLIN 0001: The contractor shall provide SMP Engineering Software Station 1/Each tiny_mce_marker___ IAW the attached Product Description dated 25 September 2014. CLIN 0002: Data submissions IAW DD 1423, CDRL A001 - A003 1 Lot Requested Delivery: 30 days ARO Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB, GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include CAGE Code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Quotations should be emailed to Mellissa Dominick (mellissa.dominick@us.af.mil) no later than Thursday, 6 November 2014, 12:00 p.m. (EST). The anticipated award date is 28 November 2014.
