- The 502d Contracting Squadron at JBSA-Lackland intends to issue an Invitation for Bids for Non-Commercial, Women's Health Nurse Provider Services at San Antonio, Texas; Department of Defense Military Treatment Facilities to be filled by Women's Health Nurse Practitioners and/or Certified Nurse Midwives. Please see the attached, DRAFT, Performance Work Statement for full details. The 502d Contracting Squadron intends to use an Invitation for Bids utilizing FAR Parts 14, 37, and 49 under the NAICS Code 621498 and Set Aside 100% for Women Owned Small Businesses.
