- MICC Fort Bragg Contracting Office is issuing a sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify adequate Small Business having an interest and the resources to support this requirement for minor construction Projects under a JOB Order Contract, for Fiscal year 15, at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield Georgia, as identify below. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 236220-Commercial and Institutional Building Construction ($33.5M Size Standard). THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. SCOPE OF WORK Provide construction services for a broad range of military sustainment, renovation, modernization, and construction projects, primarily in support of the U. S. Army Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Air Field (HAAF), Georgia. As requirements develop, Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for Task Orders will be issued. Task Orders will range in value from $2,000 to $3,000,000.00. The $750,000 task order limit may be waived by the installation commander for Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) up to the SRM authority delegated to the installation by the MACOM and/or HQDA, but not to exceed $3,000,000.00 and will be awarded and administered by duly appointed Contracting Officers or designated Ordering Officers. Orders will encompass tasks in a variety of construction and trade areas; such as general carpentry, general plumbing, HVAC systems, fire suppression systems, general electrical systems, utility distribution systems, concrete construction, road paving systems, storm water systems, CMU construction, painting, roofing, demolition, and steel construction. End scope of work The Government is not requesting technical/management proposals. If your company has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1) Company name and Address 2) Point of Contact with Phone number and email address 3) Business size, i.e. Small Business and category/Large Business, etc 4) DUNS Number and CAGE Code 5) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability no more than 5 pages. 6) No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Information provided will not be used as a part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. Based on the responses to this sources sought notice/market research, this requirement may be set-aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition.
