Description

The Cincinnati VAMC has a requirement for a preventative maintenance service contract on GE Precision 500D & Definium 8000. The contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this statement of work (SOW), except as may otherwise be specified. The purpose of this agreement is to provide in-house service support and all parts necessary to complete repairs for the GE Precision 500D & Definium 8000 X-Ray systems, system ID numbers 740773P500 & 740773D8K. This service agreement will include back up support for in-house technicians for unscheduled repairs. All parts will be included for both in-house repairs, preventative maintenance, and vendor repairs. Labor will also be included in the service agreement for all in-house service calls requiring vendor assistance. This service agreement is being obtained for the purpose of keeping the GE Precision 500D & Definium 8000 operating correctly and safely for the use of patient care and to maintain all compliancy standards and regulations according to the medical equipment management plan. NAICS Code 811219. It will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website (www.fedbizopps.gov). All offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Potential offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package, as no paper copies will be furnished. The solicitation will be made available after October 31, 2014. Offerors will need to click on RFP VA250-15-Q-0025 solicitation in order to download the solicitation documents. Submit all questions to the contract specialist, Mary Lu Gilbert via email at marylu.gilbert@va.gov by November 10, 2014. The response date for this solicitation is November 14, 2014 by 3:00pm EST. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after closing.
