- The Presolicitation Notice corresponds to the Presolicitation Notice for W15QKN-14-R-0082 for the Medium Caliber (MC), Ammunition Engineering and Manufacturing Technology Support to Medium Caliber Program. As stated previously this procurement is a competitive acquisition restricted entirely to the National Technology and Industrial Base (NTIB). The Government intends to award up to two (2) Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contracts for this effort. The contracts will be for five (5) one year ordering periods. Task orders will be competed if multiple awards are made. The Government intends to award on a Best Value Basis. This is a pre-solicitation notice and the Government anticipates that a formal solicitation for RFP will be posted on or about 31 October 2014. All information is to be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
