Description
Federal Bureau of Prisons TDAT Contracting Office 20 Hobo Fork Road Natchez, MS 39120 Description The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Privatized Corrections Contracting, Office, Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources to provide outpatient drug abuse intake assessments / report; drug abuse individual, group and family counseling, mental health intake assessments/report: mental health individual and group counseling, psychiatric evaluation/report, transportation, and medication monitoring services in San Diego, CA for male and female inmates residing in a residential reentry center or on home confinement. Federal Regulations 18 U.S.C. 3621 (e), The violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act (VCCLEA), 550.56 Community Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment Program (TDAT) mandates the Bureau to provide these service sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient substance abuse treatment services and mental health treatment services, within 10 miles radius of 202 C Street, San Diego, CA 92101. Location where treatment services are to be provided should be accessible to local public transportation. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period estimated to begin on April 01 2015 with four (4) one-year option periods, with service ending (if all options years are renewed) on March 31, 2020. The services required for this contract include a Base Year, Option Year One, Option Year Two, Option Year Three and Option Year Four, respectively. Base Year Period: Estimated Substance Abuse number of inmates 140 Intake Assessments (2011) (one per authorized inmate) for 140inmates = 140 each Individual Counseling (2010) (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 140 = 6720 units Group Counseling Sessions (2020) (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 70 = 10080 units Family Counseling Sessions (2030) (30 minutes = 1 unit) 12 units Revision 01, April 2013 - Western Region. The request for quotation will be available on or after December 19, 2014 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the quotation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about January 19, 2015. Faith-Based and Community - Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
