Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 31,980 LBS, POLYBUTADIENE, LIQUID, HYDROXYL-TERMINATED IAW MIL SPEC MIL-DTL-82886. Within this MILSPEC document, vendors must conform to all references made to WS23148-TYPE II AND PBXN-109 requirements. Certificate of Conformance, Certificate of Analysis, and a Material Safety Data Sheet is required WITH THIS SOLICATION and WITH EACH SHIPMENT. The Expiration Date MUST be printed on packaging. Material shall be shipped in 55-gallon drums with anti-static liners. Metal drums shall be new and palletized. Do NOT mix lots on pallets. **Early Delivery may be authorized at no additional expense to the Government.** MIL-DTL-82886 is available via the ASSIST website at https://assist.dla.mil/online/start/. Vendors MUST be registered for access.
