- Description
- In accordance with FAR 5.301, this Notice of Contract Award of the Launch and Test Range System (LTRS) Integrated Support Contract for Operations, Maintenance, and Sustainment (LISC OMS) is hereby publicized. The LISC OMS contract, FA8806-15-C-0001, was awarded to Range Generation Next LLC of Dulles, Virginia, on 6 November 2014. The awarded contract begins performance on 10 November 2014 and ends on 30 September 2015, for a contract value of $85,608,662 (Fixed Price Incentive (Firm Target) target price of $84,273,662 plus $1,335,000 of potential award fee). There are nine one-year options potentially taking performance through 30 September 2024. This award is the result of a full and open competition and the contracting office is the Department of the Air Force, Space and Missile Systems Center, Spacelift Range and Network Systems Division, 483 North Aviation Boulevard, Los Angeles Air Force Base, El Segundo, California, 90245-2808. The LISC OMS contract provides operations, maintenance, and sustainment services for the Air Force's Launch and Test Range System and will be performed at Patrick Air Force Base, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Vandenberg Air Force Base, Pillar Point Air Force Station, Antigua Air Station, and Ascension Auxiliary Air Field. This award was made from proposals received in response to solicitation FA8811-13-R-0001.
