- Description
- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item:.1 Lot; Complete ballistic testing of 69/ea M257 flare warheads, and reduce data and provide test report. This requirement is sole sourced to ATK Aerospace Group, 9160 N Highway 83, Corinne, UT. Due to testing methodology and data reduction/analysis methods from previous data compatibility and reliability of accuracy of data. Any firms believing that they can provide the Ballistic Testing of the 69/ea M257 flare warheads may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Data without causing programmatic hardship.
