- Description
- This is official notification that the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Building Services, Services Acquisition Branch intends to solicit and award a contract for Operations and Mechanical Maintenance Services at the Robert V. Denney United States Courthouse and Federal Building, 100 Centennial Mall North, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508. The contractor shall furnish all administration, management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment supplies, repair parts, tools (except as otherwise provided); and shall plan schedule, coordinate, inspect and shall be responsible for efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems located within the property lines of the Robert V. Denney United States Courthouse and Federal Building, 100 Centennial Mall North, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508. The solicitation number is GS06P14GXD0051. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on the Federal Government Electronic Posting System, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 1/06/2015. This solicitation will be set-aside exclusively for service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) firms. The NAICS code is 561210, and the size standard is $38.5 million. The FSC code is J041. Tours/Site Visits will be held on or about January 13 and January 15, 2015 @ 1:00 p.m. Proposals will be due thirty-seven (37) days after the solicitation is issued unless the date for receipt of proposals is extended by the Government. Contract award will be for a base year and nine (9) one (1) year options with an anticipated start date of May 1, 2015. Please do not submit questions until the official RFP is posted to FBO on or about January 6, 2015.
