- Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), AFSC/PZIOB intends to issue a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with local hotels to obtain lodging accommodations and services for Tinker Air Force Base, OK on a rental basis. A BPA is a simplified method of filling anticipated needs for services and is designed to reduce administrative costs by eliminating the need for issuing individual purchase orders. The BPA identifies the individuals designated as guests who are eligible to occupy either single or double occupancy hotel or motel rooms. These individuals will pay the hotel direct. The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this effort is 721110. It is anticipated that multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements will be awarded to qualified contractors as a result of this notice. The Blanket Purchase Agreement performance period is expected to be four (4) years total. The solicitation will be issued on or about 6 November 2014 with a 7 day proposal period, however all responsible sources may submit a quote after the close date of this notice, which will be considered by the agency. The solicitation and all subsequent notices and amendments will be posted on the Internet at https://www.fbo.gov. The Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to provide a response to the subsequent solicitation notice. Any questions in regards to this notice must be submitted via email to the Contracting Office according to the contact information provided below. NOTE: ALL RESPONSES MUST BE SUBMITTED ON THE ATTACHED PRICE LIST. NO OTHER RESPONSES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
