Description

Network Contracting Office (NCO) will be issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) tree trimming and moving services. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials and perform work at the Menlo Park Division of the VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). Relocation of dedicated trees and tree care measures for existing trees will be implemented under this Contract to address campus landscape concerns. The Prime contractor shall require all tree related work under this Contract be performed by a Tree Care Industry Association accredited company under the supervision of an International Arborist Society Certified Arborist. All work shall be as shown in accordance with the specifications and attachments under this contract. The solicitation number for this RFQ is VA261-15-Q-0066. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 10, 2014, with an anticipated proposal due date of November 20, 2014. The Period of Performance will begin on or about December 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014. NAICS code 561730, size standard is $7.5 million. Contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov; In accordance with Public Law 109-461, this acquisition is a Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside. IAW Acquisition Flash 12-20 at the time of submission of Offer, offeror must represent that it is a SDVOSB concern and is verified for eligibility in VETBIZ VIP Database.
