- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Bragg (MICC-FB) is planning to solicit offers for the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC) Mission Support Contract (MSC) in support of Fort Polk, Louisiana. This acquisition is a follow-on effort to the current JRTC MSC. The MSC provides support services for JRTC's training mission to include the following major functional areas: Scenario Development, Logistics and Property Management, General and Information Technology, Maintenance Support, Leadership Training Program (LTP), Joint Operations Center (JOC) and After Action Review (AAR), Battle Simulation Center (BSC), Rotational Video Support, Tactical Engagement Simulations (TES) Support, Battlefield Effects (BFE) Support, Exercise Support Group (ESG) Support, Role Play/Civilians on the Battlefield, Advise and Assist Battalion Support, and Special Operations Training Division (SOTD) Support. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 611699, All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction with a corresponding small business size standard of $10M. The purpose of this special notice is to provide an update regarding the JRTC MSC acquisition. MICC - FB is continuing to work through the approval of documents required to move forward with the acquisition. As a result, MICC - FB has encountered certain delays in the issuance of the Request for Proposal (RFP) that have resulted in a shift in the period of performance. At this time, the anticipated Period of Performance is as follows: Phase In: 1 Apr 16 - 30 Jun 16 Base Year: 01 Jul 16 - 31 Mar 17 Year 1: 1 Apr 17 - 31 Mar 18 Year 2: 1 Apr 18 - 31 Mar 19 Year 3: 1 Apr 19 - 31 Mar 20 Year 4: 1 Apr 20 - 31 Dec 20 Phase Out: 1 Jan 21 - 31 Mar 21 More information regarding the anticipated release of the RFP is forthcoming. The official release of the final RFP will be posted on the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website. The online version of the RFP will include all documents of the solicitation package. No hard copy of the RFP will be issued. Amendments, if any, will be posted at the same location as the solicitation.
